Starter Plan
Starter Plan is setup to help you get up and run quickly where you might only be interested in adding a few skilled Volunteers to your team.
It’s also setup for early stage tech companies where you might not have the capital to subscribe to our Advanced plan.
We have provided sufficient information to help you learn and start building your team with SkilledUp Lifers.

Advanced Plan
Advanced Plan is suitable for tech companies where SkilledUp Life is seen as a strategic talent supplier.
Tech company is most likely to have a product, revenues and a skeleton team at the time of subscribing to our service.
With the long term in mind, we suggest starting the recruitment process by bringing on board one or more HR Volunteers.
Our CEO is also at hand for a one off planning session to discuss the optimum way to build and integrate a skilled Volunteer team into your existing operation.
First lay the ground work
To achieve success, you need to be strategic. A short term subscription rarely works.
Structure
Without a solid structure, everything fails eventually. What are your talent needs for the next 18 months? What would the organisational structure looks like? Who would you recruit first to build this structure?
System
A structure cannot hold together without a solid system of operation. What would you use to build your system? In our case, we have built a highly collaborative open and transparent culture using Slack.
Processes
Start building your Quality Management System (QMS) including procedures and guidelines. Make sure role descriptions and 13 week programmes are written down for each of the Volunteer roles.
Tools
In addition to collaborating tools such as Slack, you need to consider software tools needed from webmail to Google Workspace Essential, Trello, Zoom, PandaDoc, HubSpot, Loom, Canva and others alike.
