SkilledUp Life is a two-sided marketplace connecting skilled volunteers with early-stage tech startups. This Privacy Policy applies to both Volunteers and Companies (collectively, "Users") who use our platform.

Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard methods. We cannot read your passwords.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit or debit card information.

We retain data while your account is active and you are using our services.
When you delete your account, your profile data is wiped out from our active systems.
Opportunities and applicant data are deleted within 48 hours of subscription cancellation. Deleted data can be retrieved within 14 days for a £50 retrieval fee.
